Weapon X
the number 23. ugh. really, actually, truly pretty exceptionally awful. i mean, real real bad, terrible. Yeah, man, really bad movie. I watched it with this dude and his girlfriend, who is an obese psychopath who has terrible, terrible taste in movies, and she kept telling us to shut up during it, even though we weren't talking much and doing our best to take the movie seriously. Meanwhile she couldn't stop flapping her neck fat when we watched Apocalypto, saying how bad it was. She needed Zach Braff to come in at the end of Apocalypto and bring a sense of "normalcy" to the movie. And ElizabethMontgomeryOner...A Scanner Darkly is a wicked movie. Try to give it another chance. Reeves wasn't annoying in it.

skullnbones
I just finished watching "The Princess Bride". Haven't seen it since I was a little kid. For a movie with an amazingly poor sounding title, it is an exceptional film. The character played by GIANT is awesome. /no homo.

awkward eye
i watched higher learning with my homegirl last night.... she had never seen it....i own it and saw it when it came out in the theater.. still one of my all time favorite movies. The funniest scene in that movie is when Omarr Epps tries to act like he's crying towards the end. That may be the worst fake cry I've ever seen, too bad Laurence Fishburne had to be a part of it. Spitfire15
This movie was awesome. They dont bother with getting into the story, they just jump right into the middle of it while theyve spent a whole year traveling through space. So fucking good. Fondles
23 was 'meh', could have been better i thought. the concept itself was good though, since 23 truly is a numerologists nightmare. but like the movie said, "look for something and you'll begin to see it everywhere". you can basically apply this to anything if you really delude yourself. i have had Scanner Darkly downloaded for awhile now, just haven't watched it yet except for snippets. the animation is pretty cool and the subject is interesting, but keanu....ugh. last movie in the theater was: TRANSFORMERS FUCK YEAH. shit was awesome. oh yeah, i downloaded that Curse of the Yellow Flower or w/e, it was awful. i was very disappointed in it and i like to think i have good taste in movies. i do enjoy chinese movies set in that time and have seen pretty much all of the big (and many of the smaller) titles out, but i just wasn't feelin this one. the end was pretty raw though, i'll admit :)
