Realism
It might come back it might not. I've known indoor cats that came back. But you could very well be fucked, and may as well drink your way into another girl's pants. Pics of course, as has been said.
rental
yeah. call its name a lot all around the outside of the house. try luring it with wet food or whatever is the biggest treat for it.
alure
my friend recently lost her indoor cat for almost a week. they were told to look under houses/sheds etc.. they found him 3 blocks away under a porch... it most likely wont be running around because it doesnt have that instinct. it will be scared and try hiding under somewhere. just call its name alot
dirtydoses
if you don't find this cat you will get aids.
Sleeping Pills
my cat was an indoor cat, and the first time he slipped out i was frantically searching my whole neighborhood for him like all night, and i never found a trace of him. the next morning he was waiting right outside the door. do your kitty mating call that should probably work. LIVERWURST*
idno i put food and water out now, and the door is cracked so it can come in so i hope it comes back. I house sit for family as a second job. They have an expensive cat that is dumb as shit and is always running out when I am about be gone for 8 hours to work, or when coyotes have been spotted or some shit. You have to starve the little fuckers back home and completely right them off. They'll come back eventually. This thread reminded me of this which is still hilarious:
Mauler5150
Funny how this thread pops up as I am housesitting. Shit is boring as anythign without havign the net to keep me entertained. Plus the cat at this house I'm at is a weird old thing, it is the most selfish cat I have ever met, and is a total schizo. It tried to get out today, but I caught it before it ran off. The husky I'm housesitting is the real drama though, as it doesn't let you walk around the backyard at all, sticking by your side. And it leaves fucking fur all over your clothes too, which is a minus in my book.
HAL
You incompetent bastard. Your girl trusts you to take care of her three precious animals, and you can't even manage that. Surely you'll be burning in hell.

spoor 4
don't worry about it, she sort of deserves it for depriving the cat of its freedom. you could tell her that.
liquidflow
I wonder if cnue got any sleep? and if the cat came back...
fr8burner
cats are very loyale. i have 4 of them all house cats. and they have all gotten out and have came back, sometimes days later. although one time one ended up at the pound. but most likley it will come back when it gets hungary. unless you pissed it off before it got away. which in that case it probably wasnt paying attention where it went. and is now scared shitless hiding in some alley waiting to die....good luck though
movementsmagazine
i came home at 730 this morning and went back to bed. still no sign of the cat and i have work, maybe one of the neighbors will find it. i'm trying to think of a clever way how to tell her

Magnum OPiss
You could say "ummm I dont know how to tell you this but you're cat was murdered the good news is we found the sick bastard....here's his mugshot"

BitchAssSlut
every time I've let an indoor cat outside... it takes about 2 weeks to come back (if at all). Sounds like you only got a week and a half.... so good luck with that shit.
iloveboxcars
i didnt read anything but the title.. but good with cats? just give them food and water and they do their own thing. what the hell is so hard about that?
VAJ
hahaha...oh ILB. That cat probably won't come back. I'v had at least 50 cats in my time. -Inside/outside cats will always come home. They just leave to get some tang and fight. They gotta eat and sleep. -Strictly inside cats that sneak out never come back. They either die, get lost and go to someone else or they love the freedom and say fuck it. AND...inside cats tend to sneak out when the owners are out of town. It's happened to me a number of times. liquidflow
if i was cnue and i read VAJ's post im sure i would abandon hope....... so start thinking of what to tell your gf cnue =)
iloveboxcars
i have 2 inside cats. 1 sneaks out every once in awhile to fight the hoodlum cats that chill outside and eat their food, then he comes back in after a couple hours. i'd say dont stress it.
VAJ
But thats still considered an inside/outside cat.... If you have a cat that has never been outside and then he sneaks out when hes all depressed because his owners are gone.... ehh whatever. we'll see. iloveboxcars
you could also drive really slow around the neighborhood saying "heeerrreee mittens. cooommme 'eeeerrrreeee mittteeeennnnssss"
iloveboxcars
also, start writing the speech to the family for when they come back. explain to them how mittens is a free kitty now, and he enjoys the outside so much you dont think he will return, but tell them not to fret because he is happy. and gosh darn it, dont you people want mittens to be happy?
