The "Skulls of Saigon" Alpha comprise of shemagh (Arab scarf) patterns with croc-skin pattern rare tab. A mountain of skulls, Methamphibian’s specialty, can be found on the mid-section of the sneaker. The "Skulls of Saigon" Bravo features tiger stripe camouflage along side the insignias of both artists. A black denim rear strap, with a large painted skull, completes the sneaker.
