I know there is one in which the cover is a "Hello My Name Is" sticker with a picture of a truck or something along those lines. But I have heard there were many others. Im not necessarily looking to pay for the originals, but if anyone has some, might you be willing to photocopy them for me? Or upload some pics somewhere on the internet?
