^Only people (usually white kids) from the 'burbs, who've been seriously confused by rap (or movies), are trying to get INTO the ghetto.

I've encountered my share of these types.

Shit is downright offensive when you know people - like members of your family - who've worked their entire lives to get out of a miserable situation, and some clown comes along and tries to glorify living hand-to-mouth because a 26 year-old dumbfuck said there was something 'cool' about it on a record.

That ain't cool. Watching people's lives go to relative shit is sad. Being broke fucking sucks, and so does having to deal with shady assholes.

Then again, the burbs are a weird place. It's strange dealing with people that you know have never had a day of turmoil in their lives. Lucky them.

I've lived in the same neighborhood my whole life, and I don't think I ever wanna leave.

My girl I was with for 2 years lived in a nice suburb in the next city (not even city, town) over and I always felt mad uncomfortable around there.

The people who live in these neighborhoods tend to suck really fuckin badly

yeah....i seen this spot from the freeway in buenos aires (by the toll booth)......the commuter trains were just lined up out there for days.....serious sad conditions....

same as the ranchos in caracas and the favelas in sao paolo and rio de janeiro.

in buenos aires i remember people all the people that were digging through the garbage on avenida florida when all the shops closed down.

no lie, I got a grill in my backyard and a slip and slide joint for the kids. Livin' in a single family with a garage turned workshop.....I slide through the hood in my worktruck. i don't even know jokers on the block anymore....the block is hot and I'm not on the dumb squad.

Seriously, I know niggas that thing they're hood superstars because they rock a little shine and got a whip. It's those same cats that don't pay their child support and are livin' from section 8 crib to section 8 crib until they get the boot. it's easy to act like your'e ballin' when you got no bills.
