It must have only been a few hundred feet from the ground and it stopped and poofed away. It was at a right turn lane with a red light,so people were jusy chilling waiting to go and im like "HOLY SHIT DOES ANYONE SEE THE FUCKING FUNNEL CLOUD ON TOP OF US!??GOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
