Ive only had one version of the dish but loved it. i don't know what chicken milanese is but what i had was arugala, chicken cutlet, proscuitto, and some sort of pasta. it was called chicken bellagion in cheesecake factory. publicenemyno.3 Posted February 7, 2011 Share Posted February 7, 2011 homemade ricotta and potato gnocchi, basil and garlic alfredo sauce topped with tomato and parmigiana reggiano. homemade pizza night. we made our own dough and used some leftover alfredo from the gnocchi. it was topped with tomatoes, roasted yellow pepper, sauteed onion and garlic, prosciutto, mortadella and portabella mushroom. we used a balsamic aged parmesan on top as well. Never had taleggio cheese till today...wasnt bad kind like a mix of brie (consistency&texture&creamyness), swiss (slight bite), and mozzarella(to add a mild aspect to the mix). publicenemyno.3 Posted February 8, 2011 Share Posted February 8, 2011 taking a nod from a few pages back, i decided to do stuffed pork parmesan. i breaded and fried a butterfly chop, stuffed it with proscuitto and sliced provolone, wrapped it in some cooked bacon and covered it with homemade sauce from my nana. bake and 350 for about 20 minutes and fuck yeah. served it alongside some grilled asparagus and rosemary and mozzarella penne. fucking awesome.
