Had some rib eye left over from my previous post, so this morning was a champions breakfast. Shaved slow cooked rib eye, field mushroom, bacon, baby spinach, parmesan scrambled eggs all over a couple of slices of fresh baked bread with a nice spread of Vegemite - Aussie breakky style.
