I only like well done grilled portobello mushrooms. I might give it a try if I got a spot to grow'em when I get back to portland. Ive heard a lot of good things about cooking with Morel mushrooms. Theyre supposed to taste awesome. Wanted to go hunting for them but theres toxic mushrooms that look almost identical to them....so Id rather buy something good and tested instead of risky thrills of the hunt.
