i had round table the other day....still puking 48 hours later.



so all i had today was chicken broth, water, and saltines













dont ever get round table.....

im broke til friday and have some produce left to polish off any suggestions for a meal?


i got avacado, summer squash artichoke hearts, asparagus and a bunch of tofu i have to make before it goes bad any suggestions?


Throw away the tofu first.


:edit: sorry Ive just never liked tofu...maybe Ive just never had tofu prepared well.

yizzy - bake your squash and make a soup out of it with asparagus maybe

grill your tofu and put it with a sammie with avocado

eat artichoke by itself with butter or mayo

panckes with blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries topped with maple agave syup

eggs with onion, orange bell pepper, tomato, sharp cheddar cheese topped with pineapple salsa

turkey sausage

captain n coke




jumbo fish sandwich from primantis after a 12 hr graff and binge drinking bbq

3 or 4 Avocado

2 or 3 Tablespoons of Cilantro

1 small onion

1/4 cup shredded carrot(which I didn't have)

2 cloves garlic

2 or 3 cups Chicken broth(I had made some last week, so that helped)

1/2 cup sour cream

And some of your favorite hot sauce

Juice of 1 lime as well will help.

Place everything in a blender/food processor and you're ready to go. I heated mine up as it's been raining and chilly here lately.


You can also throw in some tequila if you fancy that and some tomato paste as well. Best to let it chill overnight if possible, so those flavors get all nice with each other.


BTW: Everything is pretty much to taste, so you can kind of figure it as you go along.
