I got too much to lose by getting busted painting illegally. Like you i enjoy a smoke and a few drinks while doing a peice luckily i have a tunnel where no one goes these days which i peice alot, And when theres no more space i just roller over it all again. If there's a legal wall in the area, there's probably freeways, railroads, drainage tunnels, bridges, insides of abandoned buildings, too, all of which can be good for daytime painting.
