They absorb much, much better and have always worked better for me. I have had low blood pressure and anemia for...ever and whenever I stop taking liquid iron I get all fainty and dizzy. http://www.spatone.co.uk/ This is one of my favorite brands. Then I go inside and smoke weed. I hate youth culture. I join a lot of street gangs. Street fights excite me. And make me giggle. My best friend is five years old. And already cooler than me.
