Mass gentrification, mass buffings, areas that were not heavily policed (so I'm told) getting harsh, the homeless getting harassed way more... It's still easy as fuck to get over there. I live in the Chi, and I'm really hoping we don't get the bid, despite the myriad scams I would want to pull to get tourists' money into my own pockets..I like my city the way it is..Corrupt as fuck, and proud of it. (Mayors Words..) gentrification will definetly take a greater presence.. the buff will work nonstop.. and stupid tourists will invade the city in efforts to get the most out of their trip... so yeah... b00000-urnnnnssssss... but then again... Chicago is the most gentrified city in the U.S.. Cameras and surveillance are now becoming daily life 'round here... and yuppies and that other shit, pretty much rule most of the areas.. teh buff is hardcore.. although it seems like they're on some sort of hiatus.. and even though this is still close to 10 years from happening.. who knows what the city's graff scene will be like then.. so fuck the buff.. fuck the city.. fuck survellaince... screw yuppies.. the only thing im excited is for the change this will bring to the everchanging skyline and throughout... although im seeming to get tired of this city... so YAY!.. and boo-urnnnsssss...
