Brock DID land a solid hit on Heath and rocked him, but that punch alone DID NOT, let me repeat it.. DID NOT make Heath do a fucking backflip. He dropped him, yeah, but Heath did that backflip ON PURPOSE. Why? Cause it's a grappler's instinct (whether if it's BJJ, Sambo, Judo, and Wrestling etc.) to go with the flow of their opponent's force aka LEVERAGE and use it against them. Which in this case.. Brock landed a solid-ass punch and dropped Heath, and his reaction was to roll back to his knees in order to gain a better position and have a possible chance to shoot for a TAKEDOWN (one of the FIRST things they teach you on a grappling class), in which Heath has failed since Brock is a pretty fast dude for a heavyweight and just SWARMED on him. If you watch the whole fight and look closely, Heath immediately stands up after the 'backflip' and pins Brock against the cage, although Brock had an overhook and a potential guillotine choke on him, it just shows that Heath wasn't hurt and rolled on his back as an attempt on gaining a better position.
