omega Posted March 1, 2007 Share Posted March 1, 2007 i was wondering if anyone knew what you could be charged with if you get busted for graffiti. i looked vandalism up in the ohio revised code and it had many deffinitions. could they slap you with destruction of property, criminal damaging...ect. and what about if a cop stops you when you are walking with your paint and shit in a bag. do they have probable cause to search you if noone saw you spraying? thank in advance! later!
