First one I did I only drank water for a week. No foods. nothing else. I felt great after it was done. My clothes fit better, and I didn't crave sweets as much. The second detox I did, I used this green powder from a massage therapist I worked with.. I had to stop 2 days into it because I got extremely ill and could barely see straight. But overall, yes.
