The key to losing weight and getting cut up is the following,I have years of experience and tried all routines,but this will get rid of the belly,rip you up and plus make you feel like a kid again,you will feel the effects even when not working out.

Do a 5 day split,legs,chest,arms,backshoulders with abs and forearms everyday.Off days I would do 1 rep max on all compound exercise

What you do is be a slave to the 30 second rest between reps,do 4 sets 30 seconds timed with a stopwatch....you might feel like a dick because you will now be struggling curling 20lb dumbells.Sweat will be in your eyes and you wont believe the difference after 3 weeks.

Do about 7 or 8 exercices per bodypart and keep your workout at no longer than an hour....try to keep your reps around 15,12,12,10

They are basic movements to work your body through the full range of motion it is supposed to have.

I'm willing to bet that you, along with 99% of the earth, sit around a lot.

That shit leads to bad posture and muscles being shortened.

Doing exercises to correct that and open up tissues that are all fucked up will go a long way at improving your flexibility and prevent injuries.

You can pretty much correct all minor injuries by doing them.

 

Start with these and make up a warm up for your days.

Try and do the shit daily.

For hip stuff, maybe even multiple times per day.

Like after you get up from sitting for a long time.

Good week last week boys.

New PR's (all in kgs).

Deadlift 210.

Bench 145 (weighted dip with 75 on same day).

OHP 82.5.

Squat is still lagging at 160.

 

Anyone ever done Smolov Jnr? I think I might give it a go to bring my squat up. At a bodyweight of 102 I feel like I should be able to squat 180 at least.

So i went on vacation at the end of april, i weighed myself before i left and i was 260, then when i got back i started running every day and eatting properly, just weighed myself today, 241! feels good! and that was just from running and eatting right!

 

Anyways, i enrolled in a gym near my house after not going for a while, and i was wondering if any of you guys had some tips on whether full body workouts are a good way to go or not?
