This is what I want to do..... I just bought this Bag of Protein. I hate it! i have to get used to it. Anyways.... Plan A I work from 4am-9am ish. At work Im gonna drink Milkshake. After work, go jogging, no breakfast. After Jog, breakfast. After Breakfast, sleep. Plan B I work from 4am-9am ish. At work Im gonna drink Milkshake. After work, Breakfast After Breakfast, Jog. So don't eat a ton of carbs...actually, don't eat any before you go to sleep. If jogging is all you are going to do, you might lose weight, but it will be lots of muscle along with fat. This will end up leaving you doughy looking and your gut will not improve at all. DITCH THE TORTILLAS AND FRIES. LIFT WEIGHTS. SPRINT. what is the best exercise for obliques? Eat 1.2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh. Every day. Drink milk. Lots of milk. Add chocolate for extra calories. Lift heavy shit.
