Its finally nice outside, to the point to start working out again. Starting next week, i want get a plan going but dont know it its correct. This is what I want to do.....

I just bought this Bag of Protein. I hate it! i have to get used to it.

 

Anyways....

 

Plan A

 

I work from 4am-9am ish.

At work Im gonna drink Milkshake.

After work, go jogging, no breakfast.

After Jog, breakfast.

After Breakfast, sleep.

 

Plan B

 

I work from 4am-9am ish.

At work Im gonna drink Milkshake.

After work, Breakfast

After Breakfast, Jog.

After Jog, sleep.

 

My goal is to lose my gut. Should I go with plan A or B?

Im hoping breakfast before i sleep doesnt make me gain weight, making the workout useless.

 

And i dont eat big breakfast meals either. Its either eggs, fires, sammiches with wheat bread, bagels, beans, torillas.

 

Then when i wake up, i eat light meals as well.

Basic rule is to eat for what you are about to do. So don't eat a ton of carbs...actually, don't eat any before you go to sleep.

 

If jogging is all you are going to do, you might lose weight, but it will be lots of muscle along with fat. This will end up leaving you doughy looking and your gut will not improve at all.

 

DITCH THE TORTILLAS AND FRIES.

LIFT WEIGHTS.

SPRINT.

 

 

what is the best exercise for obliques?

 

Picking up really heavy shit and squatting with it.

Neither sound good.

 

Lift hard. Muscle eats fat.

 

Drag a sled around.

What's the best exercise/hand positioning if i want to define my biceps, it's mostly a problem with the lower half near my elbow there is a little bit of fat there that i can't seem to get rid of...any suggestions?

 

 

 

Brocep curls, brah.

 

Pushups, benching, pullups.....
