It takes about an hour for the body to break it down. There's

a window when you finish working out of about 30 minutes

where your body is in an anabolic state and eats the fuck out

of protein. Hence, 30 minutes before. assuming you have a

30-45 minute workout. Does that make sense?

I workout for like an hour and a half. I don't eat much for two hours before my workout, because you'll have less energy to workout if your body is digesting food, and i have a protein shake and some meat nohomo right when i get back from the gym. It works for me.

 

 

 

ps. what does bulgaria have to do with sandbags? and what does romania have to do with keeping my legs stiff when i do deadlifts?
