Farmer walks. As heavy as you can do them.

High pulls. I don't do these too often, but just be mindful of how they feel. Sometimes they bother my shoulders.

Face pulls. Hold them for a second on each rep.

I thought about the farmers walk however, I train in a public gym and not sure how I could do it there.

Also, face pulls seem more like a back workout to meh, but ill incorporate them if u think they will help

Thanks gasface

Biggest dumbbells you can carry.

If you can't find space to walk with them just do timed holds.

anyone have advice for a workout to bulk up my traps?

Apparently 3 sets of 10 shrugs with 50lb dunbells aint cutting it

sigh...

This might help, do 4 sets increase weight on the second and last set.

Also you could do shrugs before and after you workout. Instead of just

once ever workout. If you have weights at home do them a lot at home.

Same if you are working out chest/bisceps/whatever if you can do more

exercises at home throughout the day then do it.

I agree with doing more.

I usually just keep adding weight or doing more reps until I start to fail or get sloppy.

If you base all your days at the gym on how you feel instead of only what is programmed you might get better results.

It's like this,

One footed diamond push ups till you collapse then sprint till your heart collapses then jog then repeat 5 more times. Then squats till you collapse.

Honestly I've only gotten stronger by exercising till I couldnt

Somebody tell me about energy/fat burning stacks and your experience with them.

I can'y get ephedrine, so any other suggestions...bring em on.

Nothing out there is worth a shit to be honest. I cut out the carbs and swallow a few caffine pills before my workout. That works better than any current pill I've tried that's currently on the market

The closest thing to ephedrine that I found is at gnc and its called oxyElite Pro. it is infact very strong and in some ways I find its better than ephedrine...but there's a catch. After a month or so I got immune to it and it now has little to no effect on me. the workers at gnc reccomend that people take a month off to back down the tollerwnce but to be honest I took 4 months off and it still has no effect.

If you try it, I suggest u make that first month count man

are you only able to shrug 50lbs? try to up it by 10lbs if possible, with over 10 reps. i try to go for 15-20, while super-setting them with barbell upright rows, close grip. works for me lately.

Awesome, thank you!

Has anyone done any IF/ADF? With my love of carbs in mind would it do more harm than good if I slipped up?

Cheers love, I never think to look on reddit.

I do yes, well, I try to keep at it.

I haven't done much this week but last session was bicep curls, shoulder press and upright rows. Step up work on a box, dips, tricep overhead presses and core stuff with a medicine ball. Then I did some bag work for 20 minutes. I'm positive I'm making some glaring errors but it works for me.

Cool beans.

Do what works.

You should add in as much leg and back work as possible though.

Get rid of all that isolation work...bicep/abs.

Unless you really like doing that stuff.

Then by all means, get at it.

Compound moves trump everything.

Multi-joint exercises.

Make your body pay for its insolence.
