I hired you as a (job position) as if you were an adult; therefore, I expect adult behavior. The office is not the place to conduct a personal relationship. I regret that I must terminate you as a (job position) but your behavior is unacceptable. Your termination is effective immediately. Please give your keys to _______ or bring them in during evening hours and put them in my box. Failure to return your keys will result in a $50.00 fine. I got two other better jobs to back that one up, plus a shitload of work to do for class; I can use the additional free time. I just thought it's funny to get busted for sex in the office. My fave part is when she says "I hired you as an adult, therefore I expect adult behavior". Well, that's adult behavior, dumb bitch!! I don't wanna get into much detail out of respect for my girlfriend (who happened to be a coworker), but pretty much what happened was we were scheduled to close at night, and after we locked the place up and turned down the lights, we just went at it for no reason... it wasn't planned or anythng, it just happened. But right when the real dirty deed was about to start, some fucking girl who works there (and wasn't supposed to be there that day anyways) decides she wants to study at the office at night and just barges right in, unlocking the door and turning on the lights. We weren't in plain view, and managed to jump, scamper under a table, and attempt to get dressed before she came in, but we made a hell of a racket, all giggly and shit, and a lot of our clothes were still scattered around, so it was pretty obvious. After uttering a disgusted "Oh my God", she left, and we grabbed our shit and escaped. We even came back and apologized to her afterwards (she already knew it was us), but she was all weirded out, and we knew that was it... she would tell the boss.
