MY DICK Posted January 24, 2010 Share Posted January 24, 2010 try to look at the whole paragraph as a whole, and not just a fraction of a sentence. you will then realize(hopefully) that what i am saying is that people who are the top writers of the these times, were average maybe a little above average rep wise when compared to the past. thats all. kings was just a term used for the top writers rep wise. i never post my opinions because NO MATTER WHAT, someone got a rebuttal. You have to factor in that most of the shit that gets painted gets buffed before most people see it. If the buff fell back for a year Philly would be thoroughly smashed again just like the early 90's, and a few cats would def stand out more than others and it'd be easier to spot who's king or not. Like you said, you can't really compare todays rep to that of the 80's and 90's because the buff changed the game. That and the heavy police/cellphone snitch presence today makes it harder to route than it was back in the day when you were probably more worried about getting lumped up for walking through the wrong neighborhood than anything.
