Usually if you go into your home branch and you say I am gonna close my account because of these overdrafts they will reverse them for you because they loose money when the account they oppened is closed at their branch. I dunno since it's chase now if that still applies. Hopefully you can get your money back and a couple days later close it. Also I think they are more inclined to reverse the fees if you havent had a fee reversed or od in 6 months. Oh and (just in case info) go to the people sitting at the desks.
