From the part about knowing and respecting your odds, not being a retarded 16 and that retarded 16 year olds love to hate cops without even knowing the real reason why, recognizing the need for their existence, and treating them with respect ("Hello officer, yes sir, no sir, I understand officer, I apologize for that sir") to create a larger possibility of them reacting kindly and with respect, to the part about The Wire, because that show is the tits to end all tits.
