I dont know who the dude with the skully was but the other dude smoking a joint in the bathtub was "Casper" his real name was justin Pierce... dude committeed suicide in a hotel room in vegas in 2000. he came up after that moive before that he was just a NY hood skater. that movie was also how Rosario Dawson & Chloe Sevigny came up and started acting.
