my back is fucked up right now, my old bed plus my job has ruined that fucking nigger.

Do chiroprators work? My mom always told me that it was a shitty cash grab but alot of homies have gone and been right as rain.My dad had to go every week for 2 years, so I think my moms bitter about it, she said they don't fix the problem they just sort of make it better by giving you a message. My ol man was toaly getting rub and tugs and her insurance was paying for it haahahah!

i pulled a muscle in my bike last thursday from a previous week of ceiling painting, apartment moving, and heavy package bike delivery. plus this fucking air matress I have to sleep on isn't helping much. the left-side-mid-back injury then transferred to my neck the next day, then moved yesterday to the right side of my back. It takes me at least 5-10 minutes when I get up to roll over and find my phone. I've been taking 2 Ibuprofuen 600's twice a day. It pretty much just allows me to get out of the bed and function with pain throughout the day. Also been trying to do stretches and yoga stuff to fix it.

Question: Would yalls recommend (A) Chiropractor or ( B ) Massage to help with this?

I've also heard chiropracters are scams, since its a PULLED MUSCLE and not a joint type injury. Would a massage do anything to help/fix a muscle thats been pulled or strained? Help would be great. I wish I had insurance.

so ive talked to doctors about chiropractors and they said basiclly what they are doing is loosening up joints by popping the bubbles in the cartillage or loosening the muscles by massaging them, so basiclly its not a scam so much as a temp fix. If you have cronic problems is best to consult a doctor before doing anything. Also when they do adjustments on your neck they can lasserate or sever blood vessels and if the clot makes it to your brain you can have a stroke and potentially die. Though the chances are minimal Id rather not take them.

Read it, youre gonna die just for saying that.

Yea bokals my first day at a new middle school was exactly like that but I was anti-left for a while. Embarrassing as hell.

Its been a couple days now, I still feel hints of it but not as bad as the first and second day. I would really like to get up on that tempurpedic mattress though. How much are those thing running for?
