I am probably going to pull another 36 hour day just because I refuse to sleep during the day anymore since a sleep schedual change is going to happen even if I have to force it and I get to workt he graveyard shift tonight. I once read somewhere that it takes 54 or 56 days straight of the same sleep schedual for your body to completely adjust to it....who the fuck lives on a robot schedual like that for that long?
