I'm slowly trying to get healthier in all aspects of my life. I quit smoking 6 months ago... I don't eat garbage every day... and I actually move around more than I have to.

 

I don't know what you're talking when you say you have more fat to lose, though. I'm 6'5" and like 225 and I'm just starting to get a little heavy in the gut.

 

My metabolism needs to stop being a little bitch so I can go back to being a lazy fuck.

I'm 5'8" 165 and can bench 280....and run a 6 min mile pace......ooooooooohhhh

 

I keed, I dont care as long as you are healthy and dont sweat when you eat.

I am 6'- 175lbs (i cant gain weight to save my life highest i got was 185) I dont run I go to the gym and all I do is get cut. Muscles havent gotten much bigger I just got stronger and more cut but I got an 8 pack going that was cool.Maybe its just a duel hernia...
