FlaFr8Fiend Posted October 6, 2006 Share Posted October 6, 2006 it's hard to "quit" if you look at it as "quitting." if you look at it as "stopping" then the pressure to go against it isn't as much because you don't feel like it's the end of the world or something.. i dunno, that's how i psyche myself out. think of it as not using energy and not doing something, rather than going out of your way to and putting forth all this effort to "quit." cigarettes are gross, except when i'm drunk. then, they're absolutely delicious for some reason...
