"you fucking cunt." as an insult is common, but only amongst older men, 40++ (I believe this is also the UK style of c-dropping) very often, it's a colloquial way of saying 'guys' or 'dudes' "fuck, you cunts were so pissed last night" "how many cunts went to that party?" It's often combined with a number or words (or any word) to create a compliment or insult.
