Documents Reveal Bush/CFR "Administrative Coup D'etat " of America

Bush 'super-state' agenda to create American Union is now official

Steve Watson, Paul Watson & Alex Jones | September 28 2006

Journalist Jerome Corsi has received the first documents pertaining to a FOIA request asking for full disclosure of the SPP office in its activities towards creating a Pan American Union.

According to a report by World Net Daily , the documents reveal that the Bush administration is running a "shadow government" without congressional oversight in conjunction with Canada and Mexico under the guise of a program "to increase security and to enhance prosperity among the three countries through greater cooperation."

Corsi asserts that a wide range of US administrative law is being re-written in stealth under this program to "integrate" and "harmonize" with administrative law in Mexico and Canada.

The documents contain references to upwards of 13 working groups within an entire organized infrastructure that has drawn from officials within most areas of administrative government including U.S. departments of State, Homeland Security, Commerce, Treasury, Agriculture, Transportation, Energy, Health and Human Services, and the office of the U.S. Trade Representative.

Corsi has further reported that at a recent high-level confab in Banff, an assistant U.S. secretary of state, Thomas A. Shannon , chaired a panel that featured a presentation by Prof. Robert Pastor, author of a book promoting the development of a North American union as a regional government and the adoption of the amero as a common monetary currency to replace the dollar and the peso.

The open plan to merge the US with Mexico and Canada and create a Pan American Union networked by a NAFTA Super Highway has long been a Globalist brainchild but its very real and prescient implementation on behalf of the Council on Foreign Relations has finally been reported on by mainstream news outlets.

After nearly ten years of reporting by Alex Jones and the rest of the Patriot Movement, the establishment press is finally covering serious reports on the plan for a Pan-American Union, based on recent articles by Human Events columnist Jerome Corsi.

Back in June World Net Daily reported ,

"The White House has established working groups, under the North American Free Trade Agreement office in the Department of Commerce, to implement the Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, signed by President Bush, Mexican President Vicente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, March 23, 2005."

The article even carries the admission that the Council on Foreign Relations, often the bane of sophomoric stereotypical caricatures of paranoid conspiracy theorists, played a fundamental role in crafting the policy for the homogenization of the US, Canada and Mexico.

"Many SPP working groups appear to be working toward achieving specific objectives as defined by a May 2005 Council on Foreign Relations task force report, which presented a blueprint for expanding the SPP agreement into a North American union that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico into a new governmental form."

This admission is as historical as it is concerning - the CFR moulds the foundational policy for the elimination of American sovereignty and it is passed as executive law within weeks. It is once again evident that the true vestiges of power lie within the ranks of the CFR and the Trilateral Commission who act on policy decided upon by the big brother of multinational semi-secret steering societies, the Bilderberg Group.

Up until five or six years ago the CFR largely operated in the shadows, only publishing its mouthpiece Foreign Affairs, and any inference that the group held sway in US politics or even existed was met by heckles of incredulity from the establishment media. Now the Associated Press openly reports their guiding hand in the drives towards global government.

The framework on which the American Union is being pegged is the NAFTA Super Highway (pictured) , a four football-fields-wide leviathan that stretches from southern Mexico through the US up to Montreal Canada.

Corsi's work cites government websites which carry full planning details of the Super Highway and its construction has already begun in Texas with no congressional oversight whatsoever. The Trans-Texas Corridor is being overseen by The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the contract is owned by the Cintra corporation which in turn is owned by the King of Spain Juan Carlos. The project is being financed by the implementation of a toll that will be collected by means of GPS tracking devices installed in all vehicles and also envelops many connecting roads to the highway.

The NAFTA Super Highway will allow vehicles, people and goods to travel from Mexico, into the heart of America and up to Canada with little impediment, effectively erasing America's borders wholesale.

Coupled with Bush's blanket amnesty program, the Pan American Union is the final jigsaw piece for the total dismantling of America as we know it.

All one has to do is take a look at the pictures and stories that went unpublished in the major American press from the 2001 inaugeration to see that it was a coup.

But this article is BS, Americans are already pissed to all hell about immigration from Mexico, no way would they accept this concept. And Canadians would rather die then be forced onto US soil, especially Quebec. No amount of "fascist police" would be able to force this.

sure they will accept it, just like they are accepting illegal immigration. no one is really making any impact protesting illegal immigration. the minutemen are the lone acception. the illegal immigrants made the impact marching under mexican flags, demanding amnesty. its obviously all part of bush's agenda. the north american union. i've seen pictures of the nafta super highway signs, with the first 'check point' for the mexican american border in kansas.

say good bye to the our national sovereignty.

Alright, so this guy Corsi got his hands on some "documents". All we know about these documents are his personal interpretation of them.

Certainly more than enough for me to trust him 100%.

mams, it's all very true. corsi isn't the best journalist, but these docs have been floating around for a long time now.

here's the plan: pan american union (canada, u.s., and mexico). devalue dollar by way of giving illegals amnesty, opening borders, etc. the major oil trading countries are already switching over to the euro because our dollar is so devalued. bring in the "amero".

here's the weird thing. illegals can travel all oevr the union without special passes, americans and canadians will be carrying travel passes. some will be issued "no drive" "no fly" etc. really bad stuff.

now bush has the power that he wanted. he is a dictator from yesterday on. just wait and see.

I just can't see this happening anytime in the near future. Bush's political capital is pretty much spent, congressional republicans are running around in a panic trying to save their seats. What they are doing down there on the border is they are about to put up some fences and some radar and infrared cameras. I think Boeing got the contract. I think that's fucked up to use radar on people man... why aren't people freaking out about THAT? I know people who have cooked hot dogs in front of radars.

P.S. Don't forget to wear your skeptic's hat casek.

hey, no doubt man, but they aren't going to put up any fences. just like the didn't do anything (they did, but didn't) with troops on the border. bush promises 6000, they send 3,000. less than 1.000 actually end up working on the border. but they can't do anything except report to the border patrol, who is understaffed and overworked.

This is silly shit. Every redneck, steak-for-breakfest asshole that voted Republican won't stand for it. They'll actually protest and they'll do it with guns. You think the "good ol' folk" of Kansas are gonna let a NAFTA superhighway roll up with a checkpoint for Mexicans on their front lawn? You really think that Canadians want to be part of the US? I can see there being some sort of unified currency, but I even doubt that. Lumping the US dollar together with the peso and Canadian funny money would bring the value of the dollar even lower. I don't see how that could be a desirable goal for anyone. This is ridiculous, how can anyone take this seriously?

you need to go to the cfr's website and do some reading on their proposals. this was all hatched years and years ago. now it's coming to fruition. i already told you, the plan is for the dollar to be devalued out of existence.

It sounds like plans for a new empire, like the Soviet Union or Colonial England. Sounds like the plans for a "healthier America" will greatly benefit major corporations:

"Health…will seek to enhance public health cross-border coordination in infectious diseases surveillance, prevention and control (e.g., pandemic influenza). Improve the health of our indigenous people through targeted bilateral and/or trilateral activities, including in health promotion, health education, disease prevention, and research. Building upon cooperative efforts under the International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use, work towards the identification and adoption of best practices relating to the registration of medicinal products."

That, for instance, will greatly benifit pharmaceutical giants. Since pharmaceuticals are now one of the top advertisers on television, it'll also benifit the television industry.

The question is whether or not corporations have enough of a stronghold in this country to pull this over the entire population's head. At this point, that's something I doubt.

North American Union threat gets attention of congressmen

Resolution aimed at blocking merger, funding of 'NAFTA superhighways'

World Net Daily | October 2 2006

WASHINGTON – While several members of Congress have denied any knowledge of efforts to build "NAFTA superhighways" or move America closer to a union with Mexico and Canada, four members of the House have stepped up to sponsor a resolution opposing both initiatives.

Rep. Virgil Goode Jr., R-Va., has introduced a resolution – H.R. 487 – designed to express "the sense of Congress that the United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System or enter into a North American Union (NAU) with Mexico and Canada."

"Now that Congress is preparing to take up the issues of the North American Union and NAFTA superhighways, we are moving out of the realm where critics can attempt to disparage the discussion as 'Internet conspiracy theory,'" explained Jerome Corsi, author and WND columnist who has written extensively on the Security and Prosperity Partnership – the semisecret plan many suspect is behind the efforts to create a European Union-style North American confederation and link Mexico and Canada with more transcontinental highways and rail lines. "This bill represents a good first step."

Corsi explained to WND that the Bush administration is trying to create the North American Union incrementally, under the radar scope of public attention.

"Even today," said Corsi, SPP.gov has a 'Myths vs. Facts' section that denies the administration is changing laws or working to create a new regional government. Unfortunately, the many references on SPP.gov to Cabinet-level working groups creating new trilateral memoranda of understanding and other trilateral agreements makes these denials sound hollow."

The resolution introduced by Goode had three co-sponsors: Reps. Thomas Tancredo, R-Colo., Ron Paul, R-Texas, and Walter Jones, R-N.C.

The "whereas" clauses of the resolution lay out the case against the North American Union and NAFTA Superhighways as follows:

Whereas, according to the Department of Commerce, United States trade deficits with Mexico and Canada have significantly widened since the implementation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA);

Whereas the economic and physical security of the United States is impaired by the potential loss of control of its borders attendant to the full operation of NAFTA;

Whereas a NAFTA Superhighway System from the west coast of Mexico through the United States and into Canada has been suggested as part of a North American Union;

Whereas it would be particularly difficult for Americans to collect insurance from Mexican companies which employ Mexican drivers involved in accidents in the United States, which would increase the insurance rates for American drivers;

Whereas future unrestricted foreign trucking into the United States can pose a safety hazard due to inadequate maintenance and inspection, and can act collaterally as a conduit for the entry into the United States of illegal drugs, illegal human smuggling, and terrorist activities;

Whereas a NAFTA Superhighway System would be funded by foreign consortiums and controlled by foreign management, which threatens the sovereignty of the United States.

The resolution calls for the House of Representatives to agree on three issues of determination:

The United States should not engage in the construction of a North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Superhighway System;

The United States should not enter into a North American Union with Mexico and Canada; and

The President should indicate strong opposition to these or any other proposals that threaten the sovereignty of the United States.

"As important as this resolution is," Corsi said, "we need still more congressional attention. Where is congressional oversight of SPP? We need congressional hearings, not just congressional resolutions."

H.Con.Res.487 has been referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure and to the Committee on Internal Relations for consideration prior to any debate that may be scheduled on the floor of the House of Representatives.
