Work all day, lift after work, I had to force myself to eat. + my house was spotless. I lost about 15 lbs a few years ago by just changing my diet. It's not like you have to go all vegan and shit. I just cut out cokes and junk food, and stopped drinking for a month or so. I said I lost the weight a few years ago in my post... But then I got all confident and started drinking and going back to what I did before and gained it all back.
