cre
In particular a citizen of a foreign western country. Europe, UK, Aus/NZ. Do we get temporary cover from the so feverishly revered bill of rights? Do I have the right to deny a search of my car? Can I purchase a firearm? Am I entitled to free speech? etc

(just as we are) don't make a scene of yourself, don't rob anyone, don't smart off to a cop, and i think you'll be fine.

Stereotype V.0002
Why do you want to go on vacation to a western country then purchase a firearm? Why are you worried about the fuzz searching your car? I think I am forwarding this thread to the dept. of homeland security.
cre
Yeah that is a really dope call except THE ENTIRE BASIS OF THIS FUCKING MESSAGE BOARD IS ONE OF COMITTING CRIMES.
Stereotype V.0002
I see the difference between traveling to my country for purposes where you would require an firearm/avoid contact with the police, and doodling on property that doesn’t belong to you. I'm sure the FBI could answer all of these questions in any case, go to a field office near you!
fermentor666
The laws and rights of tourists apply in the USA. Aside from things that you'd need citizenship for--passport, guns, etc--you are protected and obliged to the law. It's like that pretty much everywhere. For instance, if a cop beats up a tourist, the tourist has the right to sue. Also, in some countries it is customary for a person to get out of the car after getting pulled over. There are laws protecting tourists/foreigners from being placed under arrest or reprimanded for this sort of thing.
Internerd
How about some research on legit internet sites, instead of relying on graffiti taggers to lay down the law to you.
