okay, i just tried spam this week after like 15 or more years. to put it concisely, its amazing. i want to eat it all the time on everything. i dream about it.

 

however, it is not helping me maintain my figure in any way. one can=6 servings. 1 serving=30%+ of your daily fat and saturated fat. so, basically, one can is 200% of your daily fat. always a catch.

 

next: corned beef hash.

seriously, you don't even know. and when you're frying the egg, make sure theres lots of oil in the pan so you can spoon it over the top of the egg to slightly cook the yolk before the bottom gets too brown.

 

don't go too crazy though. spam and eggs reminds me of the ultra poor days where i still managed to put on weight. eat that twice a day and you'll be buying new jeans.
