i am able to go out to africa and work in an orphanage for children that are H.I.V positive and whose parents have died from H.I.V.

i will also be going to work in a school helping cook, teach and build etc.

im getting it all paid for but it clashes over my birthday and the start of my driving lessons.

who thinks i should go?

the real question is.....

....if you were at a party and sharing a hot tub with a few people and someone mentioned they were HIV positive...would you stay in the hot tub?

oh, wait, i'm just going to make a thread for this

you should go.

you'll learn more about yourself and the world in those months than a thousand birthday parties

also, drivign will still be here when you get back.

driving isn't so great anyway.

it's all cool when you first start, then a few years into it you're all 'oh shit mang, i don't wanna drive..'

bummer, i thought this thread was about the Toto song.

[Chorus:]

It's gonna take a lot to drag me away from you

There's nothing that a hundred men or more could ever do

I bless the rains down in Africa

Gonna take some time to do the things we never had

WHERE IN AFRICA??

IF ITS EAST AFRICA, GO..

WEST AFRICA, NO

CACASHREFUND cares about black people

whats wrong with west africa? my mum and 2 younger brothers live there, one of them was 6 this month and he can already speak fluent french, he's not even been there that long. They've all had malaria though, which is a bit ill (haha) but they're all good.

I lived there for a bit when I was young too. My mum thinks it's good for us. Plus she hates England weather. They're in Benin.

ANYWAY

I say go
