Didn't Street Fighter take a lot longer to come out on Genesis than SNES? I think Capcom had some exclusive deal with Nintendo and Eternal Champions was Sega's way of trying to compensate. HAL Posted July 7, 2006 Share Posted July 7, 2006 Mortal Combat suuuucked. The graphics were fucking piss poor and they had all that turbo gay programmer bullshit. "toastiiiiies" or whatever. I remember trying to play it in the arcade once or twice and there was always some gamer motherfucker running the show and would kill you in 2 seconds and do some psycho homo erotic fatality that required 5 minutes to punch in. No thanks. Street Fighter on the other hand was all cartoony and dope, and the graphics and animation flowed way better. That characters were cooler, too.
