There's plenty of unexplored wall spots that are clean for anyone to paint. Don't goto spots that people found and painted years ago and disrespect them. Find your own and start new spots. That's what the older heads did but instead of the new kids doing that they would rather blow up the same chill spots over and over. I HAVE BEEN TO THAT SPOT. you can look at my pics ive posted early on. elk did that peice before 2007, because it is older than THE HUGE ONE he did that you can only see a glimpse of in that pic. elk raped that spot at least twice, and the one peice that didnt get posted (I HAVE POSTED IT, YOU CAN LOOK) is still riding, and is truely breathtaking sime has clearly been there more than once too. with crew and on his own. truth is, sime puts so much paint on walls up here, he is probly literally running out of spots. theres only one, possibly two other spots i have seen an elk in nova. elk is great but he is an artistic skinny white guy.... who probably cant fight at all. if you google him you can watch his "look at my art video autobiography." it makes him seem fucking LAME. i dont know anything about who sime actually is, but i can safely assume he isnt like that. with that being said, elks arts amazing, especially at that spot. (which by the way, has water running around it now due to new contruction, it cant be gone over unless they get in the water now) so that sime has been running a few years too. this didnt just happen yesterday. elks shit is unique and we have all seen sime, so i can understand why some people would be upset. but really. sime has put more paint on walls (illegal ones.) and anybody arguing that, needs to pull their head out of richmond. the dark horse Posted September 16, 2011 Share Posted September 16, 2011 people are gonna go over shit eventually. i just wouldnt recommend being one of those people that takes out spots. because people who have been around aren't going to like it ... just sayin its a heads up. cats are gonna do what they're gonna do right ... same reason you can't find any PLANE ... any CYKEO ... out around the way ... kids see a silver line through an old burner, they been dying to catch a spot of their own out at a certain location ... they don't have any personal connection to this writer or his work ... so they go over it with something they think is hot and fresh at the time ... now that plane burner is gone ... that classic cyke shit is gonnne ... and 2 years from now, the kid who did the freshnew graffburnah is either going to have moved on, or he will regret the time he took out the last remnants of legendary heads (even if the shit was actually dope, which it usually isn't, if the kids still so fresh in the game that you think going over old heads is cool behaviour). its really not an argument ... these are just facts. if yall dont wanna get blessed, go take out some old stuff and see what the reaction is. you want to be known as "the dude that fucked up?" when you go over a writer, its more than just the graffiti you are going over. you are really going over the dudes whole story. wouldnt recommend it..
