She had minor damage to the bumper and is asking for 900. During the accident all we exchanged was name and phone number. I asked my mom what i should do and shes a little weird. She told me to ignore her calls.....whats the best plan of action for this? edit* i only have liability and the other person showed me no proof of insurance....
