Some are rarer in other states/countries. and Some although the same group, have DIFFERENT stero types depending on where they are. So lets start off with a few stero types here in hawaii *'m not originally from here by the way* SteroType #1 : We all rock grass skirts, live in shacks, we all surf and so forth. Truth : we're fairly modern, not as up-kept with everyone else, but pretty fuckin close. no grass skirts or shacks. more tourists and outta state whiteeboys surf here than locals *on the famous waikiki beaches anyways* SteroType #2: We live aloha! Truth : 9 outta 10 locals, although they can be really polite and generous....there's also a large group of not-knowing racists. as in they don't know.think they're racist, but they'll jump to any chance they can to hate on white peeps SteroType #3: We have lots of 'ricers' /asian car racers Truth : yeah...we do. Stero Type #3: We speak a lot of hawaiian Truth : its' actually a damn near extinct language, even 80% of the locals don't use the full language, just random words/slang. also their accent is somewhat decieving, unless you've lived here, you'd think the way they pronuonce english words, wuold be a diff language. Those are just a random few...now you state yours. and if you don't. well go fuckyourself you redneck,rice eating, welfare usin, hangin out at home depot, punk ass... you get the point.
