What should i eat for breakfast

I only had time for a protein shake this morning



but contrary to my "Breakfast makes me feel sick" thread from a few months back, i've recently started eating again in the morning.....frankly, i don't know how i was able to get along without it for so long!


I've got more energy, feel better, able to get through the day without feeling listless, etc....


Amazing what 10 extra minutes of effort in the morning can do for a person!


That and refraining from getting up and eating everything in sight at 2 am every night


EDIT: P.S.....WAFFLES! Thats like asking if you should go to bed with an asian girl or just a regular boring normal girl

I didn't eat shit, man i'm hungary. My only option is the overpriced jewish deli down the street
