Smart
When I was a kid I was pretty cool with this guy (my parent's friend really) who owned all of the Godfather's Pizzas in the southeast, it was my first intro to Chicago style and I have to admit that those were probably the best ever in my life, but those were all special made and it was my childhood and stuff... then it was Ybor Pizza for NY style for a while (everyday, 2 slices and a pitcher of beer and lots of pinball before I was down the block drinking $1 doubles of Dewar's) and once I moved from there it was this joint my girl worked at where the owner actually shipped water in from Buffalo to make the crusts but then dude sold it and it's not as good... 26SidedCube
Hoboken does have some damn-good pizza. I can't remember the name of the place I'd frequent when I went out there (because this was forever ago), but it was some hole-in-the-wall where you could get slices that were two times the size of my head for $1.50. I literally lived off that pizza and snapple for two weeks. ...and is it just me or does every single pizza place in NY or NJ have a newspaper clipping on the wall proclaiming it to be the single best pizza place in all of the tri-state area? Oh yeah, and tomato is some of the best topping you can get on a pizza.
