Inversion tricks your body into relaxing. If you think i'm nuts, try it next time while taking a couple deep breaths. You also shouldnt have any electronics in the room you sleep in. If you suffer from insomnia you need to get on a concrete sleep pattern and stick to it 7 days a week. When you go to sleep at night there should be no light on at all including tv. You have to limit your activity in the bedroom to sleeping and fucking only. Like no laying around in bed all day watching tv or doing homework. If you cant fall asleep after 20 minutes, you need to get up and do something else for a while and then try again. Reduce your caffeine intake. The 24 hour day is a man made creation and your body runs on a 24 hour and 18 minute clock. You should try resetting your circadian rythm. Every morning when you wake up.
