if youre having trouble sleeping, put your legs up against the wall(meaning your body is in an L shape). Inversion tricks your body into relaxing.

 

If you think i'm nuts, try it next time while taking a couple deep breaths.

 

 

You also shouldnt have any electronics in the room you sleep in. It disturbs your sleep pattern due to the electromagnetic waves(or whatever its called) thats put out from those devices.

^ for real. sometimes w/o a tv going, it's too quite for me to fall asleep. but then other nights, anything will keep me up....

 

 

if u wanna go to sleep fast, eat indian food. fucking starchy as hell... put my ass right to sleep when i got home, woke up 2 hours later b/c my phone rang and i thought it was my alarm clock...ughhhh

i have surround sound a computer and a cd player about half a foot from my head i sleep fine but i'll try that inversion thing i bet i've jinxed myself.

the best way to get to sleep is read and listen to the radio until you suddenly hear the music real loud then turn it off 2 minutes later and your gone bang! just like that.

but the best way to fall asleep is a little sexy time with the woman.... sometimes she even throws in a little back scratchin after that and BOOM... ya boy is out..

I just learned about this in class this morning. Let me shed some light on the subject for all you foolish mortals.

 

 

 

If you suffer from insomnia you need to get on a concrete sleep pattern and stick to it 7 days a week. When you go to sleep at night there should be no light on at all including tv. You have to limit your activity in the bedroom to sleeping and fucking only. Like no laying around in bed all day watching tv or doing homework. If you cant fall asleep after 20 minutes, you need to get up and do something else for a while and then try again. Reduce your caffeine intake.

 

The 24 hour day is a man made creation and your body runs on a 24 hour and 18 minute clock. You should try resetting your circadian rythm. Every morning when you wake up.
