i went into the grocery store today, just to go into the bank, but i landed up picking up a few cucumbers, radishes, hearts of romaine, some cut watermelon, a few things of yogurt, some kettle chips, club soda, 24 pack of arrowhead water, cripex and i think that is all.

Since i live at the grocery store now..

 

-i'm always picking up new spices

-large shrimp

-broccoli

-potatoes

-Boneless chicken breast

-top sirloin steak

-hambuger meat

-bell peppers

-lemons

-garlic

-pasta galore (angel hair, spaghetti, egg noddles, etc)

-Big red

-Coke

 

bottom line, we eat good.

This is how I eat during the work week. It breaks down like this:

 

10 cans of Chef Boyardee assorted pastas - 1 can for breakfast, another for lunch, 5 days worth

 

a bottle of splenda sweetened apple juice - in between beers, and whenever

 

a bottle of real orange juice - first thing in the morning drink

 

3 assorted microwave lean/healthy meals - dinners

 

4 packages of ginger soy albacore steaks - dinners

 

whole green beans - goes with albacore

 

a sixer of Steel Reserve - rationed to two per night

 

4 pack of Redbull sugar free plus a loose one - to counter the after-lunch itis at work.

I cant believe I used to eat somewhat healthy like that. I eat nothing like that now. Probly explains the why I didnt lose any weight.

a couple months ago i got pancreatitis and all i could eat was oatmeal for a week because it felt like i had broken glass in my stomach. since then i've been buying cheaper food that you have to prepare yourself, which is also better for you. i'm talking beans, tortillas, rice, oatmeal, malt o meal, lettuce, carrots, milk, all that shit.
