MAR could answer way better. we kept kosher for like 2 or 3 years when i was a kid and my dad was real active with the Chabad House...but it became too much work for my mom. You gotta have separate dishes for everything. Milk and meat can't be prepared or eaten off the same shit. it's insane. i could never do it again. i love me some cheeseburgers.
