Knights of the Golden Circle...

Recommended Posts

It has recently come to my attention that the Knights of the Golden Circle (which John Wilkes Booth was a part of) assassinated Lincoln.

The Knights of the Golden Circle wanted to take over central america and the carribean and enslave the population(probably for agricultural domination), but became southern secessionists during the civil war.

Check that shit out. crazy

And if you find anything on Amendment 1110 to Executive Order #10289 (which both Lincoln and Kennedy supported apparently) please let me know. thx.

...From what I could tell from various but not quite reliable websites, the law removed the reliance of the government to essentially borrowo money at interest from the Federal Reserve...

So whats your point here - I can see a million angles but I'll leave them open to one with more info.

yeah im curious as to the point of this thread as well. but some things always made me think a extra hard about Lincoln... if you hate bush, you damn sure better hate lincoln as well. america's foremost constitution trampler and suppressor of civil liberties. same shit as today, just a century and a half earlier. lincoln had 20,000 political dissidents arrested and jailed (moussilini only jailed something like 2,000 during his hey day) put maryland under martial law, suspended habeus corpus, free speech and other liberties, and shut down some 300 newspapers and also made these statements... to me trampling the constitution is trampling the constitution and racism is racism.

"I am not in favor of making voters or jurors of Negroes, nor of qualifying them to hold office." (September 15, 1858, - campaign speech)

"I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery." (March 4, 1861, - First Inaugural Address)

"I am a little uneasy about the abolishment of slavery in this District of Columbia." ( March 24, 1862, - letter to Horace Greeley)

"If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it." (August 22, 1862, - letter to Horace Greeley, New York Tribune editor)

Lincoln Douglas Debates of 1858, "I will say, then, that I am not, nor have ever been in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races; that I am not nor ever been in favor of making voters of the free Negroes, or jurors, or qualifying them to hold office, or having them to marry with white people. I will say in addition, that there is a physical difference between the white and black races, which, I suppose, will forever forbid the two races living together upon terms of social and political equality, and inasmuch as they cannot so live, that while they do remain together, there must be the position of superior and inferior, that I as much as any other white man am in favor of the superior position being assigned to the white man."

Alabama State Sen. Charles Davidson remarked in a speech of May 31, 1996, before the Alabama State Legislature: "Abraham Lincoln, himself, stated the opinion of the Northern people at a meeting with a group of black leaders during the war, when Lincoln said to them 'there is an unwillingness on the part of our people (Northern whites) to live with you free colored people. Whether this is right or wrong, I am not prepared to discuss, but a fact with which we must deal. Therefore, I think it best for us to separate'. Whereupon, Abraham Lincoln and the United States Congress purchased land, passed laws and started shipping free Northern blacks out of the United States down to poverty stricken Haiti. Lincoln put together several such schemes to remove free blacks from the United States, to send some back to Africa and some to Central and South America. At the end of the war, a few weeks before Lincoln was killed, Union Gen. Benjamin Butler asked Lincoln what was he going to do with all the recently freed Southern blacks? Lincoln replied, "I think we should deport them all." "

as for the federal reserve part of this thread... im 100% opposed to the federal reserve. what the FED does is basically prints money at will, robs us with inflation, and now we have a dollar basically worth 96% less than it was when the FED was created. in another words, the spending power is reduced to where it now costs 1.96$ to buy a 1.00$ item. the Roman people revolted when they found out that the government was reducing gold and silver quantity in its coins. the american people were totally against a central bank and fake money... then along came lincoln. in more of an effort to trample the constitution, he invoked an income tax, AND starting having greenback dollars printed. this was nothing more than starting up printing presses, calling them money and creating money out of thing air. no sound gold backing.

after the war the money was almost worthless, with a return to the gold standard.

the federal reserve system/central bank system is nothing more than printing fake money. its illegal to counterfeit money, and is a federal crime under the constitution. however, its ok for the government to do it.

why do politicians like un backed fiat money? its way easier to finance there schemes... they dont have to pay anything back. they just print off more money.

haha... i don't know what kind of can of worms I opened.

Thanks for that info King Bling. On point as always.

I was just thumbing through a book a friend of mine (who stockpiles guns and gold and silver) gave me.

"Vultures in Eagles Clothing" by Lynne Meredith.

There's alot of information in this book.

I know that Lincoln wasn't a saint, it wasn't my intention to extol his virtues. Regardless of his shortcomings, the emancipation proclaimation will immortalize him in my personal pantheon of favorite presidents.

Here's something on the federal reserve: It says that the fed reserve is PRIVATELY owned...

The Federal Reserve is NOT a government agency. The Federal Reserve is privately owned by a group of primarily foreign, bankers. In 1913, Congress sank America into eternal debt by giving the power to issue currency and control the American economic system to the Federal Reserve Bank. Who are the owners or chief shareholders of the Federal Reserve? Originally, there were reportedly 203,053 shares of Federal Reserve stock, of which approximately 65% were owned by foreigners and approximately 35% (72,000 shares) were owned as follows:

1. Rockerfeller's National City Bank = 30,000 shares

2. Chase National = 6,000 shares

3. The National Bank of Commerce (now known as Morgan Guaranty Trust) = 21,000 shares

4. Morgan's First National Bank = 15,000 shares

and it goes on and on in huge amounts of detail... i don't think i have time to read it right now, i have other concerns atm, just something that jumped out at me that I thought might make for interesting conversation.

i can't remember exactly where i read it now but it also said something to the effect of that kennedy tried to give the american people silver from the federal reserve and implied that that was the real reason he was assassinated.

yeah. see the far left argument against the federal reserve it is not a total real central bank. that it is a privately owned government subsidized deal. they are against it because it is not 100% government owned and controlled. from my view point, congress has no authority whatsoever to create a national bank of any kind and that congress ALONE has the authority to coin money.

i totally think it is awesome kennedy attempted to overthrow the FED, however, there is a bad case, constitutionally, for paper money. inflation, that comes with paper money is a friend to socialist types. it basically involves confiscating gold and silver (real money) and giving out peices of paper that say what they are worth. inflation has one purpose, paying for big government. of course, war being the ultimate big government program.

fiat money is a fake and a rip off to anyone using it. a free society deserves nothing but the gold standard.

as for lincoln, i totally agree, the emancipation proclamation was a very good thing. HOWEVER, im still trying to figure out why he didnt free the slaves in HIS OWN COUNTRY, instead of the slaves in the CSA. the border states still allowed slavery and were still part of the union. he used this as a war move pure and simple, to try to incite slaves into rebellion against their masters. thing is, it didnt work. tens of thousands of free blacks lined up to defend their homeland from the invading north. lincoln was nothing more than GW BUSH 150 years ago. the iraq war, is the same as the civil war. he went into it to preserve the union (destroy WMD's) and when the people no longer bought it he came out with freeing the slaves. (liberating iraq and spreading democracy.) thing is, lincoln won the war, so the victors write history. same if bush and co with in iraq. it will be a great war to liberate the iraqi people from a brutal dictator.

the gold or silver standard is as worthles as no standard.. there just rocks...we might as well have a granite standard...

but iregardless we have some of the lowest inflation in the world...I like the status quo...

no. the fiat green back system we have now is worthless.

Gold is superior. why? it is the absolute sign of a free people. gold is not worthless and will never be. gold was chosen as the first and foremost real currency in the world..... thousands and thousands of years ago. your right it is a commodity. its advantages are it is relatively light weight for its worth. it is malleable and can be easily stored. if diamonds were the worlds favored currency, i would be a diamond advocate. granite would never work because it is to heavy and easily breakable.

Gold is essential to a free people, because it keeps the governments robbing hands off of the peoples money. they cannot inflate and steal your money. debt is so much harder to cope with with sound money, because it has to be paid back, as opposed to the paper money system we have now where they can just print up more money and be done with it. paper money is good for one thing... financing big government and the empire. it is not the money of a limited constitutional republic.

the horrible year of 1913 when the FED was created, the income tax installed and the 17th amendment passed, was a horrible year for the republic. more power was centralized into the federal government and a vital check (state legislature election of senators) was removed.

Well, it's pretty dense reading, but if you want to know how it was accomplished, read this:

http://users.frii.com/gosplow/13th.html

The U.S. hs always been a hotbed of conspiracies, counter-conspiracies, attempts to subvert democracy and so on. These articles show HISTORICALLY, using the Constitution and laws that existed and some hat still exist, to turn us into a nation of economic slaves. Read it and weep, boys.
