uh, who did they hate in the sixties?? I can't remember,

Oh, niggers, yeah that's right.

And, in the spirit of clarification, we hated Hippies in the 60's, Commies in the 50's, Nips in the 40's and Niggers forever.

Not me though, I love niggers.

Last time I checked Alaska's apart of the U.S... ie: DOMESTIC OIL.

And stereotype.. what's with the kid?

great answer captain obvious!! but all oil producing areas of the world are shaded a different color. Alaska is not shaded nor is it listed under oil reserves. it is not part of the continental us and therefor should not be represented as so

[/b]

The graphic's out of wack but the number's include the 25% of US oil that comes from Alaska. Have a coke and a smile..

I dont get how people cant care about how much oil is being used every day. i admit scientifically speaking i dont really know shit about what effect a certain ammount of oil being burned each day has on the environment. but when i see figures running into the multi billions of gallons burned every day it boggles my mind to think what kind of an impact that shit is going to have on so many different facets of the ecosystem

lol.....ok...not to sound "bitchy"...but even $3 a gallon does add up fast...especially because a gallon wont get you across the city and back...true its not as bad as the UK at $6 but they could lower the price a bit by releasing the national reserve..

im not trippin too much but in venezuela it cost approximately $1.80 to fill the tank and tip the gas attendant (thats $1.80 to "fill it up" NOT per gallon) and that was on a renault....my honda cost about $30 to fill up....

not trying to argue...just some food for thought..
