Had been drinking a little but not much i look to my left and a BIG WHITE DUCK starts walking up on me. I never seen a duck like this before. Thought i was hallucinating. A big ass duck acting like a dog and this duck was straight chillin with me. Not scared and completely social, affectionate even. It was following me around the yard. Shadowing me. I walk it walks. I stop it stops. Fucking crazy. So i dont know what the deal is. Pics later. i'm going to borrow a camera. I did some research and im pretty sure its a Peking duck but heres the thing. I'm in Pontiac Michigan. Many thousand miles from China, Korea, or wherever Peking is. Fast forward to today. It was waiting outside my house again. I been outside working on my garden and its been eating worms and tomatos and just chilling. I can pet the damn thing. I feel like this duck chose me. Now my neighbor is all up on landscaping and has a really big pond. Im going to guess she came up on this duck somehow but i really dont know. All i kno is this duck has made my weekend.. I look in the yard and there are 2 big ass birds in my yard. Looked like turkeys. At the same time i'm tryin to borrow a camera to flik my new friend the duck turkeys show up so Im bumming out that i cant flik the turkeys as well.... Fast forward a half an hour. I look out the window and the turkeys are eating a dead animal. These aren't turkeys. I have buzzards in my lawn. I go outside thinking to chase them off and they chase me off. As much as i dont want carnivorous 30 pound dead flesh eating birds around. I really dont want to get attacked by them. Shits creeping me out. So im watching this all unfold out the damn window.
