If I skip breakfast, I can pull the crackhead cigarette smoker steez and not eat lunch, either...but if I do eat breakfast (which I usually do), I gotsta eat a big lunch. If i dont have it i cant function and start to get headaches and stomach pains it sucks. I have to eat like several bowls of cereal some toast and some fruit. I dont know just call it habit. Usually theyre spinach when theyre called "Spinach Empanadas," mine was a "Chicken Empanada," and there for was chicken. Its like a mini Calzone, just not Italian and no tomato sauce. Sometimes with rice. Sometimes with egg. Anyway, I had mine with some sort of pesto type dipping sauce. Im so hungry. Its almost lunch time.
