YOU CAN BE A HEALTH NUT AND EAT NOTHING BUT VEGETABLES, FRUITS, SOY, GRAINS, AND BAKED FISH AND SKINLESS CHICKEN EVERYDAY BUT IF YOU'RE SITTING AROUND ALL DAY DON'T EXPECT TO STAY IN SHAPE. Murusaki Posted February 13, 2006 Share Posted February 13, 2006 Ok, not sure if this is paticularly healthy but here is a nice, simple and tasty salad dressing: Combine together in a bowl the following: 4 table spoons of olive oil 2 table spoons of red wine vinigar 1 tea spoon of dijon mustard Whisk until thick(about 40 seconds) then pour over a salad and toss.
