And how do they choose to spend this new found surplus? On health care? Education? Civil planning? Fuck no! They give each and every resident of Alberta a free $400! It was also awesome when I did my back taxes for 3 years and got $1500 :D but anyhow.....$400 is not worth living in alberta. Id pay $400 not to have to live there monthly.
